Where do we ship to?
We ship to Germany, Austria, all other EU countries, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and selected further countries. Orders are dispatched on working days from our warehouse in Hamburg.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within Germany usually takes 2–5 working days. Delivery times to other countries vary by destination.
Are there customs duties?
Within the EU there are no customs duties. For Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and all other countries outside the EU, duties and import taxes are already included in the shipping price – there are no additional costs on delivery.
Is my shipment insured?
Your order is insured until it is handed over to you.

You can return items within 14 days of delivery. Please register your return via our returns portal first – you will find all further steps there.
Return costs
Returns cost €3.95 within Germany and €5.95 from all other countries. The amount is deducted from your refund.
Returns from outside the EU
If you are returning items from outside the EU, please print the customs documents and attach them clearly visible to the outside of the parcel. The documents are created automatically when you register your return in our returns portal and can be downloaded in the last step.
Without correctly attached customs documents, the return cannot be accepted and will be sent back at your expense.
Please note
If a delivery note was included with your parcel, please enclose it with your return. Items delivered in original packaging can only be accepted in undamaged original packaging.
