Where do you ship to?
We ship to Germany, Austria, all other EU countries, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and selected further countries. The options available for your country are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within Germany usually takes 2–5 working days. Delivery times to other countries vary by destination.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard delivery costs €5.95 within Germany, €6.95 to Austria and €9.95 to other EU countries – free from €300. Express delivery including duties and taxes costs €19.95 to Switzerland, €25 to the United Kingdom and the rest of the world, and €27 to the United States. All rates are listed on our Shipping & Returns page.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?
If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbours and your local post office first. If it's still missing after 3 business days, contact us at customercare@ladneri.com.
Do you offer express shipping?
Express delivery is available to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and all other countries outside the EU. Within Germany and the EU we ship with standard delivery.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Contact us as soon as possible at customercare@ladneri.com. We can update the address only if the parcel hasn't been dispatched yet.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
No. Within the EU there are no customs duties. For Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and all other countries outside the EU, duties and import taxes are already included in the shipping price.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All payment methods available for your country are shown at checkout.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@ladneri.com. We can change or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been dispatched.
How do I return an item?
Please register your return via our returns portal within 14 days of delivery. Returns cost €3.95 within Germany and €5.95 from all other countries; the amount is deducted from your refund. All details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
How do I find the right size?
Every product page includes size and fit details. If you're unsure between two sizes, our customer service will be happy to advise you: customercare@ladneri.com
Are taxes included in the price?
Yes. All prices include VAT. For deliveries outside the EU, duties and import taxes are included in the shipping price – there are no additional costs on delivery.
Can I return sale items?
Yes. Sale items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, just like all other items.
